-Analyze and monitor sales forecast activity and profit margin performance and make the necessary changes in a timely manner to achieve goals consistent with Company objectives.-Create action plans to penetrate new markets and cultivate customer relationships. -Coordinate with more than 8 individual High Schools located throughout Illinois -Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver multi-faceted staffing and marketing solutions, events and other recruiting efforts to ensure the continuous expansion of the GFMS Apprenticeship Program-Present annually to hundreds of high school and college students, parents, teachers, professors and faculty to facilitate the expansion of the GFMS Apprenticeship Program
