These were not just once a year conversations, but ongoing dialogues that we would visit or revisit during our bi-weekly checkins or one-off meetings if something came up that should be addressed immediately. I always felt comfortable bringing any questions, concerns, or recommendations whether about my own work or the company as a whole. His communication style and commitment to transparency fostered a productive and trusting office culture. With Jon as my manager I believe that I greatly improved as an engineer, coworker, and teammate. I can already see the positive impact of his commitment to my career growth. I will miss having him as a manager and I'm certain he would be a valued and valuable addition to any team."
