At EY, Jonathan led large teams to deliver processing and review capabilities on several large eDiscovery projects including an IT dispute for a UK government department where Jonathan managed the processing, review and creation of witness and trial bundles using Opus 2's Magnum, as well as a global FCPA investigation for a Fortune 100 company involving several hundred custodians across over 20 countries. Jonathan was also responsible for processing and review workflow and quality assurance in the practice, delivering bespoke solutions to complex problems, and creating innovative integrations between software such as Law PreDiscovery, Relativity, Cellebrite and Tableau MI.Jon has a range of international experience working on engagements in Germany, Belgium, China and the USA and has handled a range of international data privacy and regulatory requirements.Jon has delivered a number of bespoke propositions such as contract risk review; rate setting analysis associating rates with instant messages and audio; and tax analysis including FATCA and withholding tax, by integrating an array of information discovery and management software.In addition to eDiscovery, Jonathan also has experience working with the data analytics lab, and with developing custom software for computer forensics projects.Finally, Jonathan was also involved in infrastructure administration including Citrix, networking and SQL Server administration to support the hosting of matters containing over 50 million documents, as well as deploying custom eDiscovery processing and review solutions in mobile locations for data privacy or security purposes.
