With over 13 years of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience across consumer goods, entertainment, and technology sectors, I have consistently driven business growth and performance through data-driven insights.I graduated with distinction from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2015, where I earned my MBA. Later I joined Dyson as the Business Analytics Manager and led a strategic shift from a distribution model to a direct-to-consumer model for the Taiwan and Hong Kong markets, positioning the company to potentially double profits within 3 years. I also conducted variance analyses and collaborated closely with stakeholders to assess actual performance against budgets and forecasts.Then I moved to Sony Pictures Entertainment as the FP&A Manager for Asia-Pacific and oversaw the FP&A process for the region, managing a $350M revenue budget tied to post-theatrical releases. I worked alongside cross-functional teams and senior management to deliver precise financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Additionally, I enhanced data visualization and transformation across the organization by implementing advanced tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.In 2023, I completed my Master of Advanced Management (MAM) at Yale School of Management, where I focused on STEM disciplines, particularly data analytics and business intelligence.Currently, I am working as a Finance Manager at Amazon, applying my FP&A expertise and data analytics proficiency in a fast-paced and innovative environment. My goal remains to leverage my deep knowledge of FP&A, data analytics, and business intelligence to contribute to the success of a global organization that thrives on innovation and data-driven decision-making.
