The Outdoor Vibe (TOV) is something I've been wanting to do all my life. I've grown up in the countryside of the UK doing numerous outdoor pursuits and always wanted to be able to combine my hobbies with work.The Outdoor Vibe fulfils this ambition. Our aim is to offer the finest outdoor activity tours available, we have a core focus on ensuring our clients have the best possible experience whilst under our care. With tours available in many different locations around Argentina , our selection continues to grow. We currently offer bespoke tour itineraries for wing shooting, hunting, hiking & camping, fly fishing, 4x4 driving, whale watching, wine tasting, polo and horse riding adventures with paddle boarding arriving in the near future.The Outdoor Vibe offers a high end, 24/7, concierge service to our clients to ensure their needs are met including airport transfers, hotel accommodation, currency exchange, bespoke itineraries and an English speaking customer service based in Buenos Aires to solve any problems that may arise so our clients can concentrate on enjoying their adventure. Working alongside Head of Training to develop relationships with potential partners across the globe. Specialising in Latin American countries, whilst also targeting UK, Europe, North America and the rest of the world, covering all aspects of Aviation Training including General / Commercial / VVIP operators in CRM, Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods, Aviation First Aid, Safety & Emergency Procedures, Survival and Wet Drill Training.Human Factor TRM Training Courses in the fields of Gas/Electric, Nuclear and Health Care. The development of our CBT courses across all subjects is an on going target aimed at clients who prefer this method of instruction.

Due to the ever expanding nature of the site my role has developed greatly over time to encompass more and more. I have plotted out our city expansion plan for launching in new UK cities and I have developed partnerships with City Hall, London Borough Councils, Sports England backed websites and Employee Benefit Agencies.

My role has been to ensure our monthly targets have been met in recruiting new businesses onto the site. This involves primarily cold calling prospective businesses and developing a relationship with the contact to ensure a long lasting, beneficial relationship for both parties. It was also my role to liaise with current merchants in order to strengthen the relationship and up sell wherever possible. I am also in charge of the recruitment process for any new sales team members joining the team so this helped improve my understanding of business relations from a management point of view.
