Business created in 2006 as a hobby business to assist people with their technological needs, e.g. designing invitations, creating DVD's that include photos, videos, and music; transfer and update various media formats, i.e. VHS to DVD, Cassette Tapes & Records to CD,• Scan photographs for editing and review to select the best work• Edit videotapes and films to insert music, dialogue and sound effects• Manipulate and enhance images to create special effects• Arrange films into sequences to create custom DVD• Photograph subjects on location using traditional or digital cameras• Design cards, invitations, etc. according to customer’s specificationsSince 2016 Cline Design is well know for his photography taken at events happening around the village of Menomonee Falls, WI. In the fall of 2022 cline design started driving out to Germantown for doing photography of high school athletic events for families.

After being the featured story in the Falls Neighbors publication in August 2020 I was contacted if I'd be interested in contributing some of my photography of events happening in the Menomonee Falls Community for the Falls Neighbors Publication in my own column of the publication called Where's Jon.After submitting pictures in March 2022 of Menomonee Falls Boys Basketball at state for the May 2022 publication I was asked if I'd be interested in sending more sport action pictures from sporting events happening in the community for their new sports section.In June of 2024 I was contacted by The Falls Neighbors Publisher & signed a contract to start taking pictures for publication of family’s that get featured on the front cover starting in July for the September 2024 publication.In November of 2024 was asked by publisher about starting a Where's Jon section for the Germantown/Richfield Neighbors publication to start in there January 2025 publication.

Since summer of 2018 I have been assisting the Menomonee Falls Hospital Foundation capture pictures of events the the foundation put on.

Capture pictures of events happening within the downtown. Just to name a few: Memorial Fest, Falls Concert Series, Falls Lavender Fast, Summer Beer Gardens,

Record community events, sports, concerts, parades, public meetings, and locally produced specials for the purpose of broadcasting on Cable TV; design ads for clients who advertise.I also played a role in creating our Facebook page to post video productions after boss uploaded videos to our Hi Demand website & sharing things happening around the community through January 2024.

I assist Express News by providing them image's I capture of events happening around Menomonee Falls to use in their weekly newspaper publications & on their social media platforms.( They were only willing to pay $50/event. So when you’re onsite for 8 hours you’re making less than minimum wage }

The Greater Menomonee Falls Foundation is a community foundation. Once a year they hold their annual Ovation event that recognizes 4 community leaders for their service work & hands out grants to community nonprofits.

Design flyers, brochures and other promotional materials to promote the company initiatives; assist in the design of a monthly newsletter; create a set of company greeting cards for patients and their families.

During the nine years I worked for this company, it was renamed from Inland Press to InLand Graphics to HGI Company and finally Quad/GraphicsWorked an average of 50-60 hours a week in Pressroom, Bindery, Fulfillment, & Shipping• Inserted book bodies in devices that form back edges of books into convex shapes and produce grooves that facilitate cover attachment;• Examined stitched, collated, bound or unbound product samples for defects, such as imperfect bindings, ink spots, torn pages, loose pages;• Identified and marked materials, products, and samples according to instructions;• Routed materials to departments;• Prepared finished books for shipping;• Printed out delivery receipts from transits web pages.
