Jon is a Director of Loan Wize, one of the leading Mortgage and Finance broking businesses on the Sunshine Coast, in Queensland. He is a Professional Lending Specialist and has been actively involved in the mortgage and finance industry since 1996 providing him with significant commercial and residential finance experience. Jon also holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting from QUT which provides him with an excellent understanding of financial statements and structures. Jon has a great working relationship with trusted referrers from business professionals such as Accountants, Solicitors, Financial Planners and Real Estate Professionals. Jon was born on the Sunshine Coast and lived here most of his life. He is very supportive of the local business community and wants to be actively involved in helping to create a diverse and sustainable business environment in the region. Having worked with ANZ Bank for many years, culminating in a position with Corporate and Institutional Banking on the Sunshine Coast, he also has a great insight into the local business community and what drives it. He is also an active property investor with over 17 property transactions completed since 1996.His goal is to provide clients with an excellent experience that they remember and continue to use. Client referrals are a huge part of the Loan Wize business, and this only occurs from client’s satisfied with the overall outcome of their experience.
