Current- During my time at Publicis Re:Sources I have performed various roles while supporting the implementation of corporate strategy for financial systems in UK, Europe and MENA, with a remit of over 20 counties and more.
- Product management and delivery of system enhancements, upgrades or new rollouts replacing legacy systems, using SAP or Deltek Maconomy (depending on the country).
- Led a team of 5 responsible for level 1 & 2 system support, working to an SLA via the ticketing system Servicenow.
