During my time at Publicis Re:Sources I have performed various roles while supporting the implementation of corporate strategy for financial systems in UK, Europe and MENA, with a remit of over 20 counties and more than 10,000 users. Roles included: • Product management and delivery of system enhancements, upgrades or new rollouts replacing legacy systems, using SAP or Deltek Maconomy (depending on the country).• Led a team of 5 responsible for level 1 & 2 system support, working to an SLA via the ticketing system Servicenow. • Ad hoc requests such as working with developers to produce SQL, VBA or Python based solutions; large scale analysis and maintenance of data; business analysis to support project planning; gap analysis for systems integration.Key Achievements• Part of the project team during a full project life cycle consisting of rolling out a full financial system upgrade in several European and MENA countries. This included running regular meetings, training sessions, consultation, system configuration and testing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and partners, all while travel was impossible due to COVID. • When travel was allowed, projects have included travelling to provide local support, operational consultation and training during the final phases of the project.• Leading other projects, which involved data merges and operational change, such as internal company mergers, onboarding newly purchased companies, designing and configuring system enhancements.

I was responsible for providing the accurate reporting of Intercompany Balances for the Monthly Financial Reporting packages, for companies within WPP Group, according to strict deadlines provided by group HQ within a SOX compliant environment. This involved the following:• Communicated with multiple clients, counter parties and regional HQs to resolve differences.• Provided the role of Systems & Subject Matter Expert and training support to new members of the team.• Influenced the development of individuals and shaped workloads to encourage the transfer of knowledge across the team.• Onboarded new clients and guided them to adopt best business practises.Key Achievements• Supported and led a team of 6 in delivering a monthly reconciliation of intercompany debtors, creditors and accruals for a portfolio of 30 companies during a reorganisation of company structure.• Led the same team to identify and resolve gaps in the master data. The team enriched the data offline, then analysed the data for conflicts and errors and arranged for a mass system update.• Provided user acceptance testing during a system transfer and merger for a group of 10 companies and assisted the CEO during meetings with the Financial Controllers of each company.

Responsible for processing and payment of high volumes of invoices for a number of companies within the Ogilvy Group. Other functions included:• Liaising internally with local and international reporting teams to resolve queries. • Banks and vendor reconciliation.• New staff training.
