I was a tech level 2 engineer for the technical support team at the UK head office of audio visual company, Bose.My particular team specialises in wireless and wired networking devices. We help resolve technical problems by telephone and e-mail. Other duties that I also perform include managing global social media channels for Bose, managing escalations.
Customer Advisor
I worked here shortly over the Christmas period. This was a customer advisory role, and unlike my previous role at head office in 599 Direct Upgrades, this was a customer facing role in a retail environment. I took this job primarily for the experience, networking and to improve my own skills.
Upgrade Processor
I worked as part of a hard working, efficient team at Phones 4 U head office. We take the upgrades taken by our inbound sales team, input the data into our system and database. We then put through the order on a till system, connected the mobile phone to the relevant network before boxing up the package and paperwork for the customer. This all being done.
