From creating and driving sustainable digital strategy for a bank of £0.5Bn whilst serving on Natwest Intls‘ Executive Committee to designing and leading high-performing digital and change functions of 900 people to reduce risk and improve customer journeys; from successfully delivering programme operations upto £1.6Bn to chairing boards accountable for £120m pa portfolio technology investment, I have an exemplary record of turning potential into performance. I’ve served as a Charity Board Trustee and mentored people from visionary entrepreneurs to aspiring business minds in transformation. I’ve managed regulators powerfully and secured tens of millions of investments. I recognise successful change is founded on people & culture as much as frameworks & technologies.I hold an MBA from Edinburgh University, Certification in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Oxford. I am currently studying for an MSc in Future Infrastructure, Climate Change & Sustainability.
