Sole support for the SAP Qualification & Certification (QC), which tracks the skills of all Operators & Welders in the field. Documented, developed, enhanced & tested WDJ components for Web-based portal screens (iViews), interaction with RFCs, and quality assurance testing of all interfaces between standard HR-PD transactions and custom ABAP programs. Worked with Pipeline Safety & Compliance, Gas Operations, and Welding Training users closely by onsite visits and face to face discussions in order to clarify all relevant issues and ensure their needs are met.Supported Gas Pipeline Inventory, a JSP application used by San Diego Gas & Electric (SDGE) to track the addition, replacement and removal of different sections of gas pipeline for repair and network extension purposes across its entire service territory. ­Supported Gas Portal, a Java Struts application used by SDGE to track maintenance & inspection (M&I) of Valves across all of San Diego County. Added major enhancements, including the ability to track M&I for Regulators & Regulator Stations, maintain critical & non-critical parts, integration with topographic maps at each asset’s location, and the ability to generate CPUC-mandated reports for all applicable assets in multiple formats.

Supported batch interface jobs for SCBS, the non-residential billing system of Southern California Gas Company (SCG). On-call 24/7, writing DB2 & Oracle database queries, Cobol program changes, and new Java classes to ensure proper communication of billing information between SCBS and CIS, SCG’s mainframe-based billing system containing all customer accounts across its entire service territory.­Developed custom SCBS GUI screens using Java Swing to ensure proper generation of monthly mailing of bills to approximately 5000 large government & business entities. Generated customized reports using proprietary JReport API to track non-payments for referral to Collections dept.
