Jonathan Dandurand MBA, MCR, is Vice President of Burr & Temkin’s Central Region. Jon is poised to assist clients with his 15+ years of development, construction, and corporate real estate experience.Previously, Jon served as Chief Executive Officer for Monument Healthcare Development, a real estate firm working directly with physicians and healthcare systems specializing in the development and ownership of medical real estate assets. Prior to leading Monument, Jon spent five years with national construction giant, JE Dunn Construction, facilitating the development of corporate offices, hotels, and mixed-use projects across the United States.Additionally, Jon acquired extensive industrial real estate experience while leading global strategy and transactions for John Deere in North America, South America, Europe, and Australia. Jon is also versed in real estate transaction and capital analysis through his previous role with Bank of America.Jon holds an MBA from Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago. During his time at Loyola, he interned with Burr & Temkin’s Chicago office. Additionally, Jon attained his Master in Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet Global and a Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Green Belt.
