Operations in 30+ US cities; peak revenues of $1B.Led and managed team of acquisition, construction and development project management and marketing/sales personnel. Negotiated contracts and performed preconstruction due diligence. Built relationship with elected officials, governmental agencies. Manage design team and supervise 11 direct reports.

Largest housing developer in the US; Pulte Homes constructed master plan communities also functioning as merchant builder. P&L responsibility with 20 employees while directing acquisition, planning, permitting, design team, and development. Managed schedule, budget and project management teams. Bay area division built 1,100 units annually at peak. Principal responsibility was Somerset, a 4,500 unit master plan, residential, commercial and golf community.
