His practice encompasses a wide range of complex Canadian and cross-border litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with an emphasis on private international law, enforcement of foreign orders, shareholders rights, creditors' rights, collections law, construction law, estate litigation and injunctive relief. Jon-David is a frequent writer on issues related to commercial litigation, private international law and in particular, cross-border litigation, dispute resolution and conflict of laws.
