I've been in the recruiting industry for 25+ years. I'm one of those fortunate people who absolutely loves what I do. Helping people define what they are seeking in a career and helping companies define and secure top talent for their organization is something that I feel uniquely qualified to do. Over the past 15 years I've focused most of my time on helping other Recruiters and Salespeople build their tool kits for optimal performance in honing their craft. Teaching them tips and tricks of the trade to make them better providers to their clients and candidates they serve -- all the while hopefully adding value to their career and growing their incomes. Helping new people in the industry get a start in this wonderful business or assisting "seniors" who have lost their way or are possibly questioning what they are doing with the “next step” in their staffing career is a passion for me. From what others tell me, my advice and ideas have proven helpful in many ways. In some cases, it has changed careers for the better, and blown the lid off production levels previously never experienced by these individuals.
