IT and Security Risk & Assurance Services – Senior IT Audit Specialist• Lead thorough IT security audit reviews, presenting findings to Global Security, Technical teams, Senior Management, and the SAP Executive Board. • Performed patching, upgrades, disaster recovery testing, archiving, database compression and reorganizations for Wawa's SAP system landscape and add-ons (Vertex, Mulesoft, JDA, and Gentran) hosted at IBM Hosting data centers. Landscape included SAP BW 7.40 on Hana 2.0, SAP ERP 6.0 Ehp 6, Netweaver PI 7.1/7.3, SAP Portal 7.40, and SCM 7.02 (SAP F&R 5.2) running on Unix/Linux with Oracle 12 database. • Responsible for troubleshooting SAP system issues across ABAP/Java stacks and maintaining overall system health and performance. Utilized transactions such as SM21/ST22, ST03N, SMON, ST12, ST05, SE30, and STAD for monitoring. Additionally, created, and managed SAP Batch jobs using SAP Redwood CPS 8.
