Explored the Commercial Bank to determine all software applications used in the default grading decision. Developed and pitched a modernization project to reflect the current and future demands of our business partners. Served two development teams, one to enhance a workflow facilitation tool used for default grade analysis, and another to maintain a legacy tool used to capture borrower financials and perform automated default grading decisions.

Developed into a scrum professional to deliver business value often and transparently. Served on IT Finance to enhance a sales tax web service capable of calculating and assessing tax to a customer's auto lease, anywhere in the United States. Developed many unique tools to streamline Tax and Accounting operations, one of which automated regression testing allowing the development team to add value faster than ever before. Also supported an accounting tool to manage and reconcile customer payments and refunds.

Led the effort to enhance an investment trading platform with Cost Basis accounting rules, and managed the transfer of tax data into and out of the company. Starting with stocks, we then built functionality to process taxation for mutual funds and option trades. (Southwest Securities was merged into Hilltop Holdings.)

Enhanced an mortgage underwriting tool to perform loan modification qualification decisions to adhere to new government regulation. I helped detail requirements, perform quality assurance, and assist with production deployments.

Delivered real estate valuation products to financial partners to assist with portfolio management. Products included Appraisals, BPOs (Broker Price Opinions), and both internal/external Property Inspections. I specifically worked to broker projects across the nation, performed quality assurance on valuation products, and helped lead the first out-of-state team of five through an integration project with Chase to streamline product delivery.
