Yet digital marketing requires constant adjustments and monitoring to continuously get the best results. Marketing technologies are changing all the time, and it’s tough to know what the next new thing is, if it is appropriate for your business or how to implement it into your existing marketing strategy. Calibrate Marketing & Mentoring was founded to help small business adjust and adapt their marketing as their needs change.After spending over 15 years in Capital Sales, my success was based on understanding the customer, their problems, and their story. When I started in Sales, a lot of time and money was spent having face-to-face meetings with clients around the world to hear and tell stories. Thankfully, the Internet changed how we communicate, and I had to learn, and teach others, how to use these evolving and rapidly changing tools to improve our sales efforts.Small Businesses need help to get their message out by staying on top of and adjusting to the latest internet marketing tools. I started Calibrate Marketing to help local companies improve their marketing efforts. Our services range from setting up and teaching marketing associates new marketing methods, to running a marketing team directly for clients.By using a consultant method, I help increase a company's recognition in their existing markets and develop new business markets for established products.
