I consult to medium and large organisations to develop people systems, organisational processes and organisational culture to support and enable enhanced business performance. I have a particular focus on managing major transitions that impact people in organisations and enable take-up of new technologies and ways of working. Based in Perth, Western Australia, I'm a Registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology.I have worked as an independent management consultant since September 2004, specialising in organisational development. In January 2006 I co-founded Feedback Works Australia (previously Blue Provident Pty Ltd) to develop and provide specialist measurement tools for organisational culture and workforce factors impacting safety, employee wellbeing and performance. In 2008, I co-founded 3Pillars Asia Pacific as a multi-disciplined management consulting practice - leveraging a broad combination of expertise in people systems, process improvement and performance measurement. The combination of these three critical disciplines (or pillars of change) enable us to turn strategy into results across a broad range of industries. In 2018, 3Pillars established a dedicated capability under the 3Pillars.Digital brand to enable organisations to better leverage technology to achieve their outcomes. In December 2022 I took up the role as Chairman of Catmacs WA Pty Ltd, a privately owned Australian business and the Australian master distributor for Easylube Single Point Lubrication products.
