I have wanted to be a Business, Sales and Productivity Coach/ Author / Speaker since I was 18 and my dad gave me a set of tapes by Brian Tracy: The Psychology of Success. The moment they hit my ears, I knew I wanted to help successful businesspeople get unstuck and grow their businesses.     At this point, I stopped being an agent and settled in as a non-competing manager. Soon after my promotion, the market crashed. I now saw a need to create an environment where people had to commit to working hard. Those who exceeded expectations had demonstrated their passion for the business and were retained. The key was in the passion. As the market began a slow recovery, so did my organization. I persevered and out-thought the economy. I was tenacious about growing the office – recruiting, training, and retaining the right people in the right places. I recognized how to create energy, grow the right mindset, and alter the mindset of an entire office.
