Directed three Cornerstone programs in Brooklyn, inclusive of one of the largest and most sought after facilities in the City. Orchestrated all aspects of operations: facilities management, contract management, curriculum development, marketing, and recruitment. Actively engaged residents, local businesses, community leaders and stakeholders to cultivate, deploy, and revitalize resources for the multi-generational community. • Managed a $2.5 million budget over the course of three years, while facilitating program design elements that catered to different demographics, with a special focus on up to date youth development practices.• Supervised a staff of 50 of various experience and specialties to achieve operational efficiency and to optimize employee performance.• Established a robust professional development curriculum to support young adults in the community with financial literacy, job resources skills, credit repair and ESL courses. • Leveraged the venue to provide a wide variety of activities to the community members, inclusive of fitness and culinary courses and other sporting activities for the youth.

Managed a single-sex, middle and high school aged program servicing over 200 young women. Effectively engaged with internal teams while continually designing and implementing high-impact process improvements. • Partnered with local school administration and staff to develop a program that bridged the gap between after school enrichment and the school day, which led to a 30% increase in State test scores for participants. • Successfully integrated an all girls team in multiple traditional and non-traditional sports against co-ed and male only teams. Qualitative data analysis showed that students saw a 55% increase in self confidence, and a 48% increase in body confidence.• Developed enriching relationships with community partners, including the Williamsburg Community Center where I launched a peer to peer mentorship program with the elementary aged students there. • Worked closely with the local City Council Member to establish a cultural, award winning film course.
