Entering all of the invoices that come into our AP department, apply all payments that have been made on those invoices, researching why invoices haven't been paid, calling vendors to request copies of missing invoices, making payments to vendors, creating checks and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. I also created and sent out invoices out to our customers for work we had completed, applying payments and reconciling all AR reports. I also assisted with payroll and commissions for those employees eligible.

Weekly invoicing of concrete work done by subcontractors, which included verifying correct pay scale for each subcontractor and the measurements for each job, submitted to project managers for approval, process payroll through ADP for all employees, enter payments into QuickBooks based on job, masing sure the payment is applied correctly and researching any discrepancies. Running reports in QuickBooks based off of owners need. Answer phone calls that came in. Also, I reconciled bank accounts in QuickBooks, amking sure all accounts are correct.

Verify new sales agreements, enter the contract information, answer questions regarding customer accounts, check videos regarding missed trash pick up.

Assist customers with questions regarding their policies, payments and changes that they may want/need to make regarding their insurance policy. I also contacted underwriters regarding quotes for new customers and also policies that were set to renew, providing them with the information needed for accurate quotes. I also processed payments through several websites. I spent a great deal of time answering the phone and emails regarding insureds policies or any other questions.

I was responsible for entering contracts for customers that wanted warranty protection. I would also receive payments on these contracts and make sure there were no discrepancies on the contracts.

Customer service daily, answer questions regarding trash removal options, account/billing, collection of late accounts, accounts payable & receivable, dispatch drivers, with our CPA regarding financial transactions, QuickBooks, payroll and maintaining tax payments. I was also responsible for all bank & credit card reconciliations.

I was in charge of paying over 100 over the road truck drivers, maintaining their payroll files, verifying their reimbursements with their logs. I was also in charge of educating all new drivers with the company on proper payroll procedures. I also printed and mailed their weekly settlements.
