As a Post Production Supervisor / HOP I am involved in every aspect of securing work, oversight & trafficking of the post production process – this requires hands-on collaboration from pre-production planning, onset dailies supervision, work in progress management of VFX and CG processes, grading, online and final delivery - amidst that, ensuring consistent client communication with the accent on service delivery. I am responsible for supervision and collaboration with other HOD's in the creative, technical and human resources spaces. My capacity to remain calm yet focused on the final delivery stands me in good stead to manage teams and ensure buoyancy during challenging moments.As a Senior VFX & Animation Producer a high level of planning, multi-tasking and risk management form part and parcel of my skillset. Attention to detail is fundamental as well as effective time management to meet immobile deadlines. This includes managing evolving work-flow systems that are responsive to the changing needs and scales of various projects. I have an affinity for creative execution and driven to learn more about what we do and expand on the client service offering every day - ultimately client service is the beat of the drum regardless of how the rhythm changes.
