Mr. Engelke is Senior Vice President responsible for Operations and Quality in AECOM’s North American Transportation Alternative Delivery Group. This includes mobilization and development for both procurement and delivery phases of transportation pursuits and projects. Mr. Engelke’s experience includes traffic engineering and transportation planning, schematic and final roadway design, PS&E development, computer simulation and animation, traffic signal design, vehicular capacity and level of service analysis, traffic impact studies, automatic vehicle identification systems, and intelligent transportation systems. Mr. Engelke has been with AECOM for 29 years and worked for the Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) while attending Texas A&M University and was involved in traffic research for multiple TxDOT districts.
