Worldwide Marine Technology is an international company specialising in the marine and offshore industries. I am currently employed by WMT as a Project Manager, overseeing the development of technical operating procedures and documentation for the marine and offshore industries. I am responsible for managing teams of people from various disciplines working on multiple projects simultaneously to deliver projects on time and on budget. Additionally my work requires visits to both shipyards and vessels to inspect all equipment and ensure correct operation. I am required to work closely with a range of clients both at home and overseas including Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises, BP, Shell, Maersk, ENPPI, STX France and Samsung. I have also been involved in the development of new product lines and have conducted sales presentations to new customers.

My previous employment, working on-board ships enabled me to acquire a wide range of practical experience in both electrical and mechanical fields to compliment my current qualifications.Bibby Ship Management is a third-party ship manager providing services for the Bibby-owned fleet and third-party customers. I sailed on a number of Ro-Ro/General cargo vessels for Bankline Shipping and Foreland Shipping earning the rank of both 4th Engineer and Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) undertaking both electrical and mechanical operations, maintenance and repair work. In addition to watch-keeping operations, overseeing the day to day operation of all vessel systems I was involved with a number of large overhaul jobs including main engine crankshaft replacement, auxiliary boiler dismantle and rebuild, cylinder unit replacement, etc.2006 to 2008
