If you know me, you know I absolutely love to run. If you don’t know me, you probably also know I absolutely love to run too because I’m probably one of the humans you’ve spotted with a head lamp, running vest full of “goo,” and neon trainers on during a crisp, 5 AM, early morning commute. Of all the runs I’ve taken, short or long, slow or fast, 5 AM or 5PM - each have brought me to the same lesson: one foot in front of the other. Through my college years and in starting my career, I have employed this simple motto across all aspects of my life, to take it step by step. I use it as I master Excel, max out software (listed below) , to problem-solve, and of course identify the missing pieces that save hundreds of thousands of dollars, translating into company milestones, and better yet, serving our people.It has brought me to Africa on the most remarkable experience studying food & nutrition — to a life in the concrete jungle of New York City — and now to beautiful Raleigh, NC.
