With over 17 years of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry, I am a senior manager at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), India's largest aerospace and defense company. I am responsible for managing complex projects, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards.I have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for HAL and its clients, thanks to my skills in IFS ERP, PL/SQL, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and aerospace engineering. I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a PGDBM in Business Administration and Management from MDI, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
