Founded by visionary stylist Laurent Dufourg, Privé Products fuses together old-world apothecary herbalism with cutting-edge innovation to create a unique line of luxurious hair care products for the glamorous and sophisticated hair connoisseur.Responsibilities include: - Assist in development of brand & product strategies 
- Coordinate the development of new products and manage new product introductions for brand- Revise success and define best practice for new product launch strategies
- Oversee monthly inventory control and forecast of components and finished goods- Coordinate planning, purchasing and production of entire line-up of products and materials- Oversee various projects from initial concept to implementation- Coordinate tasks between various cross-functional teams and vendors: including product and formula concept, formula testing and approval, quality control testing, package selection, package copy and follow through to product launch- Assist in creation of monthly promotions (includes: annual promotional calendar, project management, sales projections, copywriting, managing the creation of artwork, creating artwork)

- Responsible for taking new products through development from concept to launch- Tracked progress of development to meet deadlines- Coordinated purchasing and delivery between vendors and manufacturers to stay on schedule- Sourced components and tracked inventory and cost of goods to maintain margins - Coordinated artwork, copy, translations between each department to ensure all information was received and accurate for final production

- Executed five successful turn key products for direct response television sales for HSN, QVC and ShopNBC over the course of three on-air seasons.- Oversaw all stages of development from initial formulation review, component sourcing, purchasing and manufacturing with extremely tight deadlines.- Quickly organized and fulfilled refill orders with less than 30 days notice.
