Reporting to the Service Centre Director I am responsible for creating and leading a team of 6 direct reports & a larger team of 20 to manage all aspects of the frame supply chain including cases & transportation. In this role, I have accountability for overseeing the weekly BAU activities & strategic changes for the frame life cycle. This includes working with the several key contacts & departments at Boots Opticians & 3rd party suppliers.ResponsibilitiesTo manage the weekly BAU frame management activities through the team including the New Product Introduction process, order progression and cancellations, frame forecasting, ordering, deliveries and rotation, measuring global stock accuracy and the UK cycle count process. The cross docking of designer deliveries to be shipped to Thailand, including Management of the frame stock & finance including the monthly frame inventory management report for directors at Essilor, monthly frame value & overstock breakdown for the Finance department and the certification & approval of all frame & transport invoices.Work with all customers on the frame catalogue for stock frames, ensuring completeness of test glazing & referential data. Reporting to the Head of Retail Planning I was responsible for creating and leading a team of retail planners & space coordinators. In this role, I had accountability for the definition and implementation of the weekly & strategic updates to prices, planograms & auto replenishment, working with 7 category hierarchies & maintaining data integrity on the SAP system. This would include working with the Supply team to review sales performance and stock position at SKU and module level to maintain stock availability.
