I'm currently employed in the banking industry and love being able to apply what I know and conduct research to identify strengths and weaknesses in a company, industry, economy, etc. I have a natural curiosity and disposition for research and am always looking for a more efficient solution to the problems at hand.I have worked in various finance heavy roles including HR Business Partner, Business Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Risk Manager, and Economist. My education and experience allow me to adapt quickly and view problems through multiple lenses. I have a proven track record of being able to parachute into a new environment, make sense of the situation and provide viable solutions. I am a team player and bring ample positive energy into my group. I am a talented financial modeler and communicator. I am constantly quantifying and identifying trends to increase efficiency and develop a foundation for improvement.The long-term goal is to go the Finance PhD route and have ample opportunities to conduct and publish research. I am particularly interested in markets and trading research, especially regarding crypto, market efficiency, and retail trading.
