Responsible for managing and generating export sales growth in both industrial and commercial flooring markets across multiple European territories from Iceland to Azerbaijan. Key duties include:• Manage the commercial, technical, operational and financial requirements of key accounts. • Drive new territory and customer acquisition to assist delivery of overall yearly growth objectives.• Interact daily with a full mix of business partners including flooring applicators, distributers, main building contractors and end-user clients. • Advise and present to Architects and Specifiers to ensure product inclusion on future projects.• Work with internal Marketing team to implement sales focused lead generation initiatives (multi language).• Liaise with numerous manufacturing centres to provide the most effective and efficient service.• Actively involved in implementing strategic inter-company sales arrangements.

Key duties included:• Set and ensure group-wide compliance with the company’s brand guidelines in all customer-facing communications to ensure brand and message consistency globally.• Design and develop specification guides and brochures to promote product solutions.• Localise marketing collateral for use in different global geographical markets.• Organise targeted construction trade shows on behalf of regional entities with small or no marketing presence, e.g. ‘World of Concrete’ (USA), ‘Gulf Food’ & ‘Big 5’ (Dubai) and ‘APC’ (Australia).
