Dedicated semiconductor professional with 25+ years of wafer processing experience inside a variety of clean-room environments. Executed experiments and led development / applications teams focused on Wafer-Level Packaging (WLP) technologies and Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) processing.Established strong background of demonstrated results including expanded processing capabilities of WLP polymer materials, increased process equipment throughputs, extended understanding of laser-release material interactions with UV photons, improved wafer defectivity, significantly-reduced CapEx / processing costs, and successful new product introductions into Lean Six-Sigma HVM environment.Epitaxy is also a significant part of my background. I have developed III-V MOCVD equipment for light emitters, photo-detectors, and transistors, and established process conditions for SiGe deposition to produce strained-Si and s-SOI wafers. In addition, I have hands-on experience with fabrication techniques to produce laser diodes.Throughout my career, I've always valued technical interactions / debates with numerous intelligent colleagues and benefited from the resulting knowledge gained.
