Management of 3rd party site engineers to complete new SDWAN solution roll out on each site and business testing. • Royal Devon & Exeter hospital trust, Hewlett Packard Aruba, LAN & WLAN solution across all partnership sites and community hospitals. 73 RF surveys completed across all sites and reports completed. Additional switching capacity reviewed and report provided by RF survey report. • Project managed Cisco call manager upgrade & DR solution and move to Gamma SiP solution in Aplants depot / retail sites. Total 203 sites, 283 number ranges ported successfully, 81 NGN numbers ported and 400 PSTN billing numbers completed.• Project lead for standardisation project with Bacardi to move to global HP Aruba LAN & WLAN. 62 sites completed, manging pre staging of hardware, ship to site and technical installation remote and onsite support. • Managed service for Signant Health providing mobile phones, tablets (circa 15k Lenovo’s, 13k HP, 9K ZTE, 4.3k Samsung’s & 1.8K Huawei units). Ongoing management of supplier both OEM & distributor & 3rd party pre staging and internal quality checks. Stock management and shipping in line with agreed shipping profiles.
