Ryan Jones is a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in personal injury litigation in his 12th year of practice. He is a first-time passer of the CA Bar Exam, and also a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. After graduation, Ryan participated in the highly selective three-part ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates) Fellowship program. The fellowship strongly focused on gaining knowledge and skills in civil litigation and trial practice.During his third year of law school, Ryan spent his time at the Cancer Legal Resource Center, where he directly communicated with cancer patients and relatives regarding a multitude of legal issues, such as Healthcare Coverage, ADA claims, Wills & Trusts, and FMLA. During his second year, Ryan worked at Peter Law Group, a boutique employment litigation and entertainment transactional firm in Beverly Hills. Ryan was involved with products liability, sexual harassment, and race discrimination litigation. Litigation duties included conducting legal research, participating in pleading drafting, preparing and answering discovery and engaging in strategy meetings. For transactional matters, he drafted talent, distribution and option agreements as well as licensing agreements.Before attending law school, Ryan worked at several firms in LA, ranging from boutique to national size. At O’Melveny & Myers, LLP, Ryan was in charge of training new employees in database management and maintaining the law library. At Taylor & Ring, LLP, a firm devoted to personal injury litigation, he worked as a clerk, maintaining and organizing office files. Ryan obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from University of California, Riverside in only three years. He followed this degree with an M.A. in Sport Management at California State University, Long Beach, graduating first in his class.Ryan enjoys all aspects of civil litigation.
