My knowledge of strength training comes from real-life application of it. As a multi-sport athlete both in and out of high school, I built the foundations needed to improve myself. Now, I have supplemented, and am still supplementing, that knowledge by learning how to teach it to others.I will graduate from Snow College this summer, and begin attending UVU in the fall. I will hope to get into their PE program after taking a couple of prerequisite courses, and be ready to start my career within three years.
