Sourcing profiles and recruiting candidates.Skilled in both Technical and Non-technical Recruitment.Sourcing experience on Naukri, LinkedIn and other social media sites.Sourcing based on demand requirements for job opening.Communicate with the candidate about the job description.Follow ups with interview scheduling and documentation process.Ensure that the candidate gets on-boarded and follow up process.Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports in excel format.Client Handling:Attending demands call on daily basics.Getting demands with number of positions, keywords, levels, and salary grid for each demand from the client.Will share the demands to the team through mails or zoom chat. And check with the team whether they have any doubts on the demands.If any doubts on the demands, will give clarification to the team or will connect with client for major doubts.Getting quality profiles from the team and review the resumes before sharing to the client.Will share the reviewed profiles to the client with attached CVs.Getting feedbacks for the submitted profiles from Client and share to the team.Will consolidate CNR cases availablity and reschedule interview for the candidates
