In addition I led the proactive media engagement on two reputation insight reports - the Asda Income Tracker, which measures changes in the disposable income available to UK families, and the Asda Mumdex, a state of the nation survey representing the views of millions of mums that shop at Asda. Responsible for the day to day management of Asda's busy reactive media relations team, protecting and promoting Asda's reputation from the frontline. Also supported a number of corporate PR activities including; financial results messaging; creating and delivering a purpose-built media training programme for directors in the Asda business; and leading two insight reports - the Asda Income Tracker and Mumdex.In addition I helped to launch Asda's first social media strategy. This involved project managing the first iteration of Asda's Online Reputation Booth (ORB); establishing a social reputation monitoring system and working with HR to develop employee social media policies.
