1、Operation - Handling operation work flow and ensure quality standards of service, food and beverage; Handling operation work flow for such as meeting, buffet lunch/dinner, chinese/western wedding, celebration, dinner and dance, cocktail party etc2、Productivity - Planning business forecast and reviews working procedures to improve productivity regularly and in a structured process3、Training - Make training plan and train staff；Set up all food\beverage standard and procedures4、Marketing and planning - Outlet revenue analysis form on detail of all upcoming promotions5、Cost control - Analysis P&L. Control on the expenses, forecast business volume, schedules required manpower, forecast daily manpower and workload6、Stock control - Proper maintenance and inventory of all outlet operating equipment and responsible for the cleanliness of all work areas7、Leadership - In charge of the operation during the absent of Manager. And leads the team8、Daily meetings - Attend daily F&B department head’s and shares information
