About Jon Fingers
Creator of a notational guitar method in tablature for Fingerstyle Guitar (known as FingerTAB Method) that shows everything the interpreter will need to learn the piece. With a bachelor degree in acoustic guitar, MBA in Enterprise Management and many specialisation courses in acoustic guitar, I'm a fingerstyle guitar teacher, transcriber, and I give online lessons. I’ve worked with many musical projects over 24 years of playing and teaching fingerstyle acoustic guitar such as music school management (physical and online), organising student performances, performing instrumental music festivals in Brazil and abroad, attending guitar camps in EUA and Europe and producing original music in CD and DVD formats.I've always been driven by the idea of encouraging people to accomplish their dreams by learning music. I learned guitar when I was a teen, because I realised how powerful guitar is when used as a social connection and integration tool. Since then, I have taught students with varying goals, and through them them I was able to map out the essential points that support the proper development and improvement of musical practice.Work with musical project management and entrepreneurship have always been my passion. I like teaching and performance. I have ease of communication and ability to create, coordinate, execute and follow up projects.i'm looking for students and partners to show how the FingerTAB Method works.
