Company was downsized by 30% while revenues declined 70% per quarter. I successfully arbitrated disputes with subtenant and vendors over charges saving significant penalties and interest. I led the management team through a series of investigations and exercises to determine the various strategic alternatives the company had to maximize its long term potential. After 2 years of restructuring it was determined to shut down the company.

I assisted the Global Controller by establishing the initial finance and accounting infrastructure and headed up the interim team for acquisition of the digital branding business unit by Melbourne IT from VeriSign.
