In addition to co-leading Gorilla 76, my day-to-day duties are focused on growing and developing a great team rooted in great relationships and creating an award-winning culture. My mission is to create one of the best workplaces in the country. I also host The Manufacturing Employer podcast.I was named to the 2010 St. Louis Business Journal’s “30 Under 30” class and was named as one of St. Louis’ “Top Young Entrepreneurs” by St. Louis Small Business Monthly. I'm a graduate of the FOCUS St. Louis Emerging Leaders program and am a member of the 42nd class of FOCUS St. Louis Leadership St. Louis. In 2022, I was named a “Top 100 St. Louisan to Know to Succeed in Business” by St. Louis Small Business Monthly.I'm a passionate Missouri Tiger and love spending time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, biking and running (26.2 x 12 — including Boston, Chicago, New York City, London, Tokyo and Berlin). In July of 2019, I ran across the state of Ohio (174 miles in six days) to raise money and awareness for MS Run the US; today, I'm an Ambassador for the organization.I've served as a board member for Launch St. Louis (co-founder), the Friends of Clifton Park (co-founder) and Brightside St. Louis. I volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri, serving as a Big Brother. In 2023, I was named a “Person of Courage” by the Gateway Area Chapter. I’m also a board member for Peter & Paul Community Services.I currently sit on the board of trustees and was recently the chairman for the Gateway Area Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS). I'm active with the Bike MS and Governance committees. In 2020, I was awarded the Community Awareness Award from the chapter for my fundraising and mentoring efforts. In 2022, I was awarded the Inspiration Award at the NMSS Leadership Conference for the “Show Me 100.” In 2023, I was named a “Person of Courage” by the Gateway Area Chapter.I'm a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
