Was assigned as the Information Systems Coordinator at a Regiment and was responsible for managing documentation of issues via incident tickets, change management and all other aspects of help desk operations. Experienced with general help desk operations, with diagnosing and resolving issues regarding the computer system and servers; as well as installing and maintaining software and hardware for peripherals, applications, and computer and operating systems for general and classified use. Due to staff limitations, was also assigned joint responsibilities on the COC. Including but not limited to general operations, which included accountability and simulations; and the installation and configuration of classified and unclassified networks with all the necessary hardware and software. Was also involved with creating and updating Regimental Policy, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), as well as Statement of Understandings (SOU) for workstation and government cell phone usage on the Regimental level. Also completed all the scheduled updates and installed the required system images to the necessary workstations.
