As the Director of Product Management for Global Safety Programs, my role is to enhance Verra Mobility's portfolio of road safety programs internationally by expanding the capabilities of our existing customer base globally and building new capabilities in strategic world markets.Spearheaded the core product portfolio for the global road safety business during a period of revenue growth from $172M to over $358M in 4 years and evolution into a global market leader through the acquisition and integration of an international competitor (RedFlex).Championed the adoption of Lean & Agile methodologies and facilitated a smooth transition to a portfolio company operating model to increase operational efficiency under new leadership.Played a key role in the negotiations and contracting of five key solution suppliers to incorporate cutting-edge technologies for automated enforcement, ALPR and video analytics.Finalized the development and market launch of new automated enforcement edge solutions for Verra Mobility’s core red light and speed enforcement portfolio customers operating in fixed, vehicle, and portable solutions around cities, highways, work zones, school zones, bus lanes, and school buses.
