I've retired from the High Tech Electronics Industry after 40 years of service! I started as a Teaching Assistant and ended as a Regional Sales Manager, with stints as an R&D Intern, R&D Design Engineer, Systems Engineer, Field Sales Engineer, and Account/Region Manager.Post retirement I've taken on the role of Mediator. I want to apply all those 40 years of experience negotiating deals, managing people, and selling ideas to the practice of Mediation. I've been interested in Professional Mediation since the 90s, but I never had time to pursue the practice. I've started by getting specific training for Mediation and volunteering in Small Claims Court. Currenty I mediate Small Claims cases in Winnebago and Fond du Lac counties in Wisconsin through the Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center. I earned certification by the Florida Supreme Court to mediate County Civil cases in Florida in 2021. I am contracted with the Florida 19th Judicial Circuit as a court ordered Mediator in the counties of Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River. I mediate a variety of small claims cases including landlord/tenants, neighbor/neighbor, buyer/seller, creditor/debtor and contractor/homeonwers.
