SSHNED staat voor Secure Server Hosting Nederland BV. Sinds de oprichting in 2006 is IT-outsourcing in de juridische sector onze kernactiviteit. Hiermee voorziet SSHNED in een groeiende belangstelling en toenemende vraag naar ´kantoorautomatisering op afstand´. Steeds meer bedrijven willen hun automatisering uitbesteden. Om kosten te besparen en/of om zich beter te richten op hun kernactiviteiten.SSHNED host meer dan 1000 gebruikers, voornamelijk in het MKB. Velen van hen zijn werkzaam in de juridische sector.

- Responsible for the hardware and software infrastructure of the European Headquarters (purchasing, installing, maintaining)- 1st / 2nd / 3rd line support for both the local users and for European affiliates (approx. 800 users)- Manage the PABX + infrastructure- Manage the mobile phones + contracts- Write appropriate documentation and procedures- Ensure the security and integrity of network access- Maintain servers (Novell / Microsoft)Achievements:- Technical project lead eMarketing: - Coordinate between the marketing department, developer and holding company - Guiding the approval process of websites with the holding company - Research advertising possibilities and search engine optimization- Coordinate/keep track of global projects between Wyeth/Pfizer and the Fort Dodge EMEA affiliates- Revised mobile phone contract with provider to include block-expiration and a discount of €500,- per subscriber- Set up of a virtual environment (VMWare) for better scalability and disaster recovery- Created a backup strategy for all 7 affiliates- Improved communication between the IT-departments of the European affiliates and the headquarters in the United States which lead to a better understanding and collegiality- Automated repetitive tasks (backup, financial data) by installing specialized software which lead to 80% more accuracy- Audited the LAN of 4 affiliates and come up with a plan to adhere to the company standard- Replaced LAN and implemented redundancy to adhere to the company standard which lead to an increase of 30% in capacity and 15-20% speed performance on daily use and backup- Centralized the purchasing, registration and maintenance of software licenses for EMEA which lead to a better overview and cost reduction. Next to that it lead to a 50% reduction on license maintenance for the local administrators.
