Perform field attest reviews (Material Mgmt, Project Control, measurement, Quality Control, Contract/Procurement management including sub contracts, Site secureity and safety, Quality assurance/Control, Labour & Payroll, PMT oversight and interface monitoring)4. Perform Risk Assessment of new fabrication Contracts and based on risk and exposure develop field attest program5. Maintain and revise field attest program as activities and risk change.6. Perform appropriate audit procedure of contractor's home and field payroll records to confirm accuracy of time charges, hourly rates, and appropriateness of other charges.7. Review Company Provided Equipment (risk based) invoices and recieving reports for compliance with Supplier Purchase Order terms and conditions.8. Work with Project team and fabrication Contractor to address and close attesting findings in a timely manner.9. Attest site small attest log to confirm accuracy.10. Be fully trained on Project Accountants' responsibilities and provide back-up as required.
