Sales Boosted new business(direct store) sales in artificial marble sector by sales support (2016.01 monthly sales 10 million won ▶2016.12 sales monthly sales 100 million won) Boosted retailor sales through networking potential customers, sales etiquette consulting, inventory management, resolving product defects, and implementing a discount policy. Contracted with 6 new local suppliers to enhance direct stores’ installation capacity and area coverage. Generated 20 million won monthly in B2R revenue by implementing offline sales and direct retailer sales contract (2017.04~2017.12).Marketing Planned, executed, and officiated 11 direct stores’ marketing events and seminars for customers(retailers). Designed, executed give-away item(show stand & table) promotion for retailers and customers. Reviewed and approved 100 million won for exhibition samples for 50 exhibition sites.Customer Relationship Management Reinforced customer relationship via introducing new products and usage at trend seminar ‘INTREND’ Planned and implemented customer thank-you event (give-away items & discount). Took in charge of customer complaint solution for Premium Surface items(regional wholesalers & national-wide retail customers)
