[Responsibilities]1. Semiconductor equipment SET-UP- Set-up of GEMINI (CVD) equipment set-up (S1: 3 units, S3: 14 units and S5: 15 units set-up) on LSI Line (S1,3,5 Foundry) of customer (Samsung Electronics)2. Trouble Shooting and Maintenance of Semiconductor Equipment- Troubleshooting problems with setup equipment (Warranty Out equipment: work through AS On Call)- Maintenance of semiconductor equipment through collaboration with customer and partner engineers.3. Communication with headquarters, customers, and suppliers- Meeting with clients to establish continuous solution solutions and horizontal deployment direction- Meeting on issues and side-development progress for new modules of equipment developed at the head office- Discuss issues about set-up and equipment module issues and troubleshooting with partner engineers.[Result]1. Semiconductor equipment set-up and maintenance, trouble shooting- Acquired ‘Process qualification’ through stable set-up and process evaluation of new process (LOW-K) equipment of S1 Line.- After stable set-up of 14 units of S3 Line, equipment stabilization is completed during warranty period.- After set-up at S5 Line, the Process evaluation completion is the fastest among CVD equipment makers (AMK, LAM, Wonik).
