Led sales, pre-sales, and alliances for the Interconnection Solutions division. Developed both direct and indirect sales strategy to pursue Number Portability opportunities globally. Built and managed a team of regional sales (EMEA, CALA, Asia) and pre-sales team to ensure closure of tenders from both regulators and operators as it relates to Number Portability. Launched, established initial pipeline and closed deals for number look-up services, Message Hub, and device registry on a global basis targeted to Portals, Mobile Ecosystem, Enterprises, MNOs, ILDOs, and VARs.

Drove key strategic partners and customers opportunities in overall VeriSign portfolio of services which ranged from Security services to Communication Services. Identified and conducted initial due diligence on potential acquisition. Lead the development of VeriSign VoIP and Directory Services to Carriers, Portals, and Cable operators. Close on business relationships with VARs to deliver VeriSign mobile messaging services to target both Service Providers and enterprise markets. Responsible for entering in key vertical markets to deliver VeriSign portfolio of services.

Managed and maintained three key investor/business partners, including securing of regulatory and business approvals for Iridium system operation in the Asia-Pacific territories; gateway deployment including the switch and terrestrial data network; service delivery; and distribution partner management. Primary Iridium LLC interface in support of the Asia Pacific investor service territory (30 countries). These efforts contributed to the attainment of 12 operational licenses from Asia Pacific governments, over 250 Service Provider and Dealer Agreements and 13 Roaming Agreements.
