Your valuation is only the beginning: I will market your business for sale based on the type of buyer we are looking for, and target specific individuals and organisations with a view to creating a climate of competition amongst buyers. I will discuss the opportunity with buyers and divulge information only where appropriate. I will conduct negotiations and ensure that the transaction runs smoothly toward completion.
